A large number of trucks, construction machinery, trailers and other vehicles come under the hammer next week when SA Auction Group hosts a high profile clearance auction in Hennenman, together with the client’s industrial sites and modern residential dwelling.
This auction is instructed by the client, Buonadonna Transport, and consists of stock that is currently high on demand. Apart from the excellent mechanical horses and trailers, serious buyers can also look forward to earthmoving equipment like a Komatsu grader and TLB, as well as an excavator. Several movable assets and scrap will also be on offer.
Three properties that belong to the owners will also be sold during the auction. An industrial property of ± 1 650 m², with a ± 500 m² steel structure, will be auctioned and has offices, ablution facilities, a mechanical pit, bathrooms and kitchen. Another industrial building, which occupies approximately 500 m², will also come under the hammer.
A modern four-bedroom house, comprising of an exclusive kitchen, pool, lapa, beautiful established gardens, irrigation system and high security will be sold per public auction.
