High profile online auctions have taken flight during the past two years and with good reason. The most stand-out reason is probably the fact that buying online is the most comfortable and time-saving method.
SA Auction Group has proven to be one of the driving forces in the South African corporate online auction scene since their very first online auction, on behalf of the Raubex Group, eighteen months ago. Several online auctions are hosted by this company on a monthly basis and this month is no difference.
On Monday, 27 October at 8:00, bids on three online auctions open simultaneously, one of which is an aviation auction on behalf of Sky Raiders Aviation which closes on Wednesday, 29 October, from 14:00. Aircraft under the hammer include several Piper PA28’s from the late 60’s, as well as a 1970 model. A 1974 Bellanca Scout will also be looking at finding a new owner via SA Auction Group’s world class online facility.
Another massive mining and construction online auction will also be hosted by SA Auction Group and a large number of assets will come under the hammer including bulldozers, dump trucks, excavators, trucks, trailers and rollers. “The used yellow metal market is and will always be a lively and vibrant one”, says Rudi Herbst, Managing Director of SA Auction Group. This particular auction closes on Thursday, 30 October, from 14:00.
Auctions also play an integral part when it comes to business rescue strategies and liquidations. SA Auction Group is trusted by many decision makers in corporate and private sectors to lead such transactions and the upcoming auction on behalf of Riekert Boerdery and Weldex is one such example. Tractors, planters, welding machines and a band saw will come under the hammer and form part of this business rescue and liquidation. This auction closes on Friday, 31 October, from 14:00.
