Major Gauteng Asset Disposal Auction

He refers to SA Auction Group’s next auction in Gauteng where prime land of 2,42 ha will come under the hammer as part of a major asset disposal operation.  This property is situated next to the N12, in Boksburg, and is close to O.R. Tambo International Airport.
 
The property is ideal for transport fleet or plant depots and a large number of serious buyers are expected to attend the auction.  Le Roux adds that property along the N12 highway is very sought-after and those who can get their hands on any of it should do so without delay.
 
The asset disposal operation goes further with a massive fleet clearance of construction equipment and transport vehicles.  Approximately 70 lots will be auctioned on the day.
 
Specialist machinery to come under the hammer include a large number of Bell dump trucks (of which many are scrap), tipper trucks, grader spares, Komatsu dozer spares, a Gantry Crane, conveyer rollers, various loaders and bulldozers. Excavators offered for sale include brands like CAT, Sumitomo, Volvo and Hitachi.
 
A Terex mini excavator also forms part of the lot list.
 
The auction date is Tuesday, 27 January 2015, and the auction will start at 10:30.  The auction will be hosted onsite at 147 Nolte Road, Boksburg.  Serious buyers are requested to start with their registration process well before auction time, as to streamline the procedure for all buyers attending.  A registration deposit is applicable.
