Free State Properties on Multiple Commercial Property Auction

The commercial property market has expanded significantly in the past decade and the auction industry has played a major role in this progress. SA Auction Group also takes part in this and will host an auction on Thursday, 27 March, in which a number of commercial and industrial properties in Bloemfontein, as well as in Kroonstad and Welkom will come under the hammer.

One of the properties is located in Bloemfontein's West Burger Street and is currently excellently equipped for both retail and student accommodation. The building is located near educational institutes and the apartments are currently being renovated by the seller. The rental income is assisted by a tavern and a salon and the potential rental income can reach R60 000 per month

A commercial building in Bloemfontein’s busy Douglas Street also comes under the hammer and is located near the taxi rank and train station. This is Bloemfontein's busiest business district and comprises of four rentable shops, two of which currently host tenants. This property can ensure more than R10 000 in rental income.
Another property, with both retail stores and apartments, also comes under the hammer and is located in Bloemfontein’s popular Grey Street, Hilton. This two storey property is currently fully occupied by long term tenants which means a current rental income of R15 000 per month.

A prime industrial premise of about 25 000 m² in Kroonstad will also be made available during the auction. "The opportunities that this property offers the serious investor are endless," says Marna Bester, business development officer from SA Auction Group.
 
Another property that will be offered during the auction is an industrial property, formerly known as the Trailord factory in Welkom. The property covers approximately 14,152 m².
