2 Day Massive Industrial Auction & Properties

SA Auction Group is entrusted with executing a major instruction of a deceased estate and provisional liquidation.  The sale will be handled on behalf of Brikor Limited, Ilangabi Investments, Scarlet Sun and the deceased estate of late GvN Parkin and will be executed during the month of July, over several days and at various locations.
 
Day 1 will be held at the premises of Brikor, Vorsterskroon, Nigel and will take place on Tuesday, 7 July.  Excavators, front end loaders, manitous, forklifts, trucks, dump trucks, tippers, LDV’s and a huge amount of steel and aluminium scrap will come under the hammer, as well as a tile manufacturing plant.
 
Day 2, the following day, takes place at the Donkerhoek Quarry in Pretoria and will have more yellow metal machinery, yellow metal spares, an industrial mixer, steel tile moulds and more large quantities of steel and aluminium scrap.
 
On Friday, 10 July, a double storey luxury waterfront house at Hartbeespoort Dam’s Caribbean Beach Club, will be auctioned onsite at 31 Dominica Village.  This magnificent 3 bedroom house features upmarket finishes and forms part of the deceased estate of late GvN Parkin.
 
Two other prime properties, under the same instruction, will be sold via online auction, which opens on 6 July 2015 and closes on Wednesday, 15 July from 13h00.  This includes an executive mansion in the very popular Midstream Estate near Midrand.  “This top class property is in a league of its own”, says Jacques le Roux, Operational Director of SA Auction Group. 
 
A very valuable 248 ha prime waterfront development land on the Vaal Dam, with a 4 bedroom house, flatlet, barn and cattle handling facilities is also listed on this online auction. A prime office park in Bramley’s Corlett Drive also comes under the digital hammer.  This property can generate approximately R42 000 per month in rental.  A 3 bedroom home in Springs also form part of this auction. 
 
 As part of this online auction, a luxury cruiser boat also needs to be sold under the deceased estate instruction - a Searay SLX with 275 MerCruiser Bravo three inboard motor.
